A NEW MANAGEMENT BY SELF - ADULT EMS (Eye on My Strength) course will begin in May 2011. Dr. Marshall is a behaviorist and student of Martin Seligman, the guru of achieving personal happiness. The program consists of three two-hour interactive workshops. The cost, per participant, is $400.00.

Gifted Parenting classes are back by popular demand. The next class will begin in April 2011, stay tuned for more details. The cost is $275.00 for the first parent and $75.00 for the second. The class will accept only ten participants.

Dr. Marshall's Therapy Practice
Dr. Marshall is a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an earned doctorate in Behavior Science from Columbia University. She is a member of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield group that covers therapy from Magellan and other providers. Please check your insurance carrier to see if you can be pre-approved for therapy. She provides Employee Assistance interventions, and also private counseling and coaching.
She is certified (level 1 provider) in sensory motor psychotherapy. She also uses cognitive and cognitive behavior therapy. If you are considering seeing a therapist or life coach, please call Dr. Marshall at 973 685 7000 and leave her a message. For those who are not covered by insurance for therapy, Dr. Marshall has developed a reduced fee- prepay plan.
REIKI is now available at Learn 2 Choose Inc. Reiki is a Japanese healing touch therapy that has been effective in reducing stress, increasing relaxation and promoting healing. 20 and 50 minute sessions are available. The cost is $30.00 for a twenty minute session and $60.00 for 50 minutes. There is a reduced rate when purchasing 10 prepaid sessions.
